Unformatted text preview: The Impact of HRM One of the most talked about sections of human resources is the pay and benefits sections, which is a major concern to all employees. Outside of normal salary most people look for other benefits that will keep their interest in a company. Most of the idea’s that was brainstormed on was monthly incentive pay, and yearly merit increases. The monthly incentive pay would be for any associate that meets or exceeds goals for the month, and depending on what their individual numbers were is what determines the payout for the month. Adding monthly incentive is a great way to build moral in the company and keep the associates satisfied as well as maintain a motivated work environment. And the yearly merit increase is a good way to reward your employees for the work that they have done all year long.
