PROCESS AND OUTCOME EVALUATIONS 2 Process and Outcome Evaluations The process evaluations main focus is on how an agency or organization is developed and how it operates. It focuses more on the process of things rather than what has happened afterwards. The process evaluation describes the organization including its activities, interventions and how it implements each; provide information on the services offered and their effectiveness, and to determine whether or not the organization will be accepted into the community and by the targeted population.

Unformatted text preview: The outcome evaluation is more focused on the outcome of the organization or agency and how to improve if needed. The outcome can be obtained in several forms such as surveys, data, interviews etc. this gives critical feedback to the organization from outside sources. The outcome evaluation is important to any organization because when they gain input from outside sources if there is any issues they can try to fix the things people have complaints about. The organization is able to ask themselves whether or not their organization has made a difference and whether or not their organization has made a difference in the lives of the target population....
