The outcome can be obtained in several forms such as surveys, data, interviews etc. this gives critical feedback to the organization from outside sources. The outcome evaluation is important to any organization because when they gain input from outside sources if there is any issues they can try to fix the things people have complaints about. The organization is able to ask themselves whether or not their organization has made a difference and whether or not their organization has made a difference in the lives of the target population....
