FREEDOM TO COMMENT REFLECTION 2 Freedom to Comment Reflection I remember at the beginning of the year when our agency was trying to change some things, and I did not agree with the changes. I did not agree because in my mind the changes were going to do more damage to our clients than good. I thought many of their behaviors would increase and it posed a threat to some of our other clients. Since I began working at this agency I have become very close with many of the staff and consider them my second family. I think the groups culture influenced me in feeling comfortable because I knew they also want the best for our clients and are quite open minded. We all sat and discussed this issue for a couple weeks during our meetings. The impact of the culture on the group was positive, although some did not agree completely with me they could understand where I was coming from, it also raised some concerns they had not thought of. As a result the changes went through as planned and in the end turned out to be a great change....
