What it tells us about the relationship between laws and ethics is that there really is not one. Laws are put into place in order to ensure that justice is served to those who have done wrong. Ethics are put into place in order to ensure ones safety and to make sure that their own human rights are not stepped on. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and feelings about certain subjects. Whether or not they find the laws to be how they feel they must abide by them....
