SCENARIO SOLUTION 2 Scenario Solution Statement of Opportunity KSL Youth Project is devoted to providing further education to high school dropouts in a safe and healthy environment. By providing certificate courses, GED courses, and vocational training our students can expect to lead a better life with a better education. Impact on Organizational Structure There are many issues the director may run into while turning their vision into a reality. The first major challenge I can see would be the hiring process. The director has a certain vision of what they expect the organization to be like, so when hiring trainers and regular staff they are going to try and look for people who are quite qualified and have a similar vision in mind. This can become difficult because the better educated they are the more money they will seek. Since the organization is set on a budget they really do not have the power to negotiate salary, if they cannot do this then the trainers may seek a job elsewhere that is offering more money. Another challenge would be to find appropriate building to open this organization in. again this falls under being on a budget. The director needs to make sure that there is enough space to accommodate 1,000 students in the first year and then the projected amount in the second year and every year after, all while trying to stay in budget. This can take some time and thus push the open date further and further away. The third challenge I see occurring would be gaining the funding needed to develop this organization while keeping the promises you are making to the donors. Since the budget will increase in the second year and every year there after the director is going to need to seek more donations or grants to keep the organization open and running. If the director gains the funding from private donors they then need to ensure that the money is being spent where first allocated

SCENARIO SOLUTION 3 to the donors. They can run into a huge problem here if the donor does not feel the money is being spent how they wish they can pull their donation leaving the organization with less money.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
