INTEGRATED INFORMATION MANAGEMENT 2 Integrated Information Management The major function of the four external and six internal functions are mainly to ensure that an agency or organization runs as smoothly as possible over a period of time. These functions help to let the managers know which employees if any need improvement in any areas, it also helps to keep track of how they are doing with clients and keep track of the projects they have going on at any given time.
