In the survey questionnaire for Satyr Entertainment, the responses helped Team B to put the data into different categories. Attached above is a sample screenshot of the collected data, it helped us to categorize whether the survey participant was male or female, what age group did that individual fall into (i.e. between 20 to 30 or 31 to 40 etc), how familiar is that person with the entertainment companies, what does he/she remember most at the last event attended (i.e. Food, Music etc), does he remember the name of the last company hosted (i.e. Yes, No), how often does he/she holds an event in a year, how do you find out about social events happening in your area, how much does he/she spend on events in a year and what does the survey participant feels as the important thing at the event (i.e. Food, Beverage, Music, Services).
