1 Organizational Environments Make Up Assignment Options For November 24, 2009 Class Option 1 Attend a make up class on Sunday, December 13, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (I will consider alternative dates if necessary). Lafley and write a paper answering the following questions: Organization of the Paper  ______________________________________________ Part 1 Analysis Think about the following as possible elements: a. What are the Structural issues (for example, structure, goals, technology, size). b.  What are the “People” issues (for example, issues of management style, group process, interpersonal relations). c. What are the Political issues (Was there conflict? About what? Between whom?).
