Executive Summary presented by Rami Dirani on behalf of my interview with Aceituna’s Owner After I conducted an interview with the Aceituna café owner, I came up with some of the findings that maybe helpful for any person who is planning to take advantage of any opportunity and take risk and become an entrepreneur. First of all to be an entrepreneur you should be a risk taker person, “the moment you take risk you become an entrepreneur”. You need a new idea to start with your business; there should be a need for the product your willing to sell. know your product very well, know your customer very well, make your research very well and chose the right place, the right time to enter the market so you should be able to see where are you going, what market will you be serving and what will you offer for that particular market and what is your tactics, that’s how you build your business plan with clear vision and bold strategy. Consistency is what build you emperor and makes you a successful person, be always
