Entrepreneurial Leadership 2 Create a hybrid theory/philosophy which combines the common elements found in the thinking of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker. In your philosophy, be sure to include the new definition of entrepreneurial leadership presented in Understanding Entrepreneurial Leadership in today’s Dynamic Markets. Entrepreneurial leadership is given a new, integrative definition as, "leadership that creates visionary scenarios that are used to assemble and mobilize a ‘supporting cast’ of participants who become committed by the vision to the discovery and exploitation of strategic value creation. (Vipin Gupta, Ian C. MacMillan and Gita Surie, 2004). After listening to James Kouzes and reading the Entrepreneurial Strategies written by Drucker, many ideas came to my mind in the purpose of joining bit from here and bit from there and and come up with a new hybrid theory/philosophy which combines the common elements found in both thinking and form a clear definition for the modern role of true entrepreneurial leadership in today’s world. Kouzes have stated 5 exemplary leadership steps that could guide any leader to be a successful leader in his organization or the society; modeling the way of others by taking previous successful example and try to imitate their creativity that what Drucker called “Creative Imitation”, in his book “Unlimited power” the famous Anthony Robbins focused on modeling success by watching successful people and learning from their success stories (Robbins, 1986). Inspiring shared vision with subordinates and make it clear to your surrounding through communication, challenging the process and taking risk and responsibilities and here we can say it is true for what Drucker explained about the “Fustest with the Mostest” theory and which consist of leading the market by taking risk to discover a new product with persistence and a clear goal and all efforts are focused on it. This vision led many Japanese companies to succeed in the market we recall the example of the resistors, the Japanese had an inspiring vision for the
