The act of Mrs Theron appearing at a press event wearing a Dior watch was a violation of the contract stipulaton of exclusive endorsement of Weil timepieces. Raymond Weil is right in suing Mrs. Heron for breach of contract. It is my opinion that Weil should be able to sue for compensatory, consequential, and possible punitive damages.
