Garrett Johnson Jan 12, 2009 Business communications P.21 1. Nowadays companies don’t limit their decisions to the employee’s in the higher rankings of the company. That means everybody has a very important role in the company. So that being said, everybody has to be decision makers and listen to what is being said. If one person misunderstands one thing that misunderstanding could have a negative effect on the organization. It is important to have a positive effect on people you work with. Through positive communication people within the organization will feel happy and a part of the company you work for. When you talk to people they have a tendency to open up to you. That makes it easier for your employers to trust you. I look at the communication process and say “if one thing goes wrong then everything is off”. That means everyone has to be on the same page and everyone has to have their eyes on the price.
