(c) Sherrie A. Kossoudji Welcome to Economics 101 This class serves many purposes. You will: have a good basic grounding in economic theory if you plan to continue to take economics classes. have a rigorous background in economics and useful study patterns if you want to get into the business school. be able to impress your parents (show them the worth of their tuition help), friends, relatives and neighbors. Advice: You probably don’t want to talk economics on a first date.

(c) Sherrie A. Kossoudji Overrides If you are registered in one discussion section in this class, you MUST be able to attend that section. You cannot arrange to take quizzes at another time. If you are NOT registered for a section which you can attend regularly, you can: 1) Sign on to Wolverine Access often because people will drop this class and you may be able to switch when an opening occurs. 2) try to find another 101 class with a section that works for you. If you switch discussion groups please inform us immediately. You are registered in the CTools web site (and will turn in your assignments) by discussion group.
