PROPOSAL Group Project Proposal – Group 6 In order to come up with the best possible topic for the group project, our group individually explored various sources for one week. We examined our previous and present organizational environments, as well as events portrayed in the media. Each group member was responsible for presenting at least one issue to the remainder of the group. The presentation consisted of describing the issue, giving reasons why the issue should be used as the topic for the project, and providing links to websites that elaborate on the issue. After each member gave his/her idea, we each voted on which idea we liked the best. The issue that was chosen was the dispute involving Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) that occurred earlier this month. Each group member read several articles on the issue; the articles were compiled by Xiyu. In summary, PIA administration signed a preliminary deal with Turkish Airlines to share airline routes; however, this was a violation of Pakistani law, as no airline is allowed to negotiate airline routes, as all routes are owned by the government. The dispute involved a pivotal misunderstanding between PIA administration, PIA employees, and the government. Many employees went on strike after a few of their colleagues were fired by PIA.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
