Finley University of Phoenix A Research Strategy Paper: Staying Fit Staying fit in todays world is considered a day to day part of life and is necessary and important to, in a major part, the continued existence of human kind. Maintaining a career and staying physically fit can be an added pressure with the majority of adults, but can be a positive stimulate aid. Exercise and eating habits are two major contributors to remaining fit. My problem with this is the simple fact of not doing much, if any of it. I intend on improving my actions in order to become and continue being a physically fit individual. Some different ways to go about making this process happen is not hard to do and can be well worth the effort. Better nutritional choices, the importance of moderation and balanced eating is the number one tip of the American Council on Exercises, Avoiding the Freshman 15: nearly one in four freshmen gain at least 5% of his or her body weight, an average of about 10 to 15 pounds, during their first semester. Sleep patterns can be irregular, but efficient amounts of sleep is needed in order to keep weight off and to have the energy to spend burn it off.
