In this week’s discussion board we are told to read the article by Mr. Wolf entitled Internet Jurisdiction and then answer the following questions regarding it. Part one of the assignments asks us to select a web site and analyze whether the creator would be subject to jurisdiction. Part two asks us to answer the next seven questions that are below regarding the article. Assignment 1:   After reading the article entitled "Internet Jurisdiction." I decided to select the website Lockerz.com. For those who don't know Lockerz is a members-only website that rewards you for what you love to do online. Shop the coolest brands, watch videos, share photos and connect with friends, all while earning PTZ to drive down the prices of great products including clothing and accessories, electronics, movies, music, video games, home decor and more. (Lockerz, 2011) The company gets funding by selling these things and they are not subject to personal jurisdiction because all people who sign up have to click the "I Agree" to the terms and conditions of purchaser agreement.
