Unit 3 Fundamentals of Business Law 2 Abstract In this 3 rd unit IP we have to read the article about the case between Leonard and Pepsi Co and then answer the five questions that follow. All these questions I have answered within the following essay which is easy to follow and understand. Within the essay I have explained the four elements of a contract and broken each part down so that people will not get confused while reading.

Unit 3 Fundamentals of Business Law 3 Contracts There are four elements of a contract. These elements consist of agreement, consideration, contractual capacity, and lawful purpose. Each one of these elements are critical to a contract and will be explained further. Agreement is the manifestation by two or more persons of the substance of a contract. The main things needed to make an agreement are that of an offer and acceptance.
