Unit 2 Project Management 2 Abstract In this essay, we are told to make a proposal for the customer that includes certain points on the project that we are doing for them. I will put together a proposal that includes what the project objective is, list the deliverables, indentify the milestones for the project, list the technical requirements and tell the limits and exclusions for the project. I will then add the project priorities, create a work breakdown structure and make a responsibility matrix. This will all be discussed in this essay which begins on the next page.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
