Stages of Team Development O Forming: Orientation, finding boundaries O Storming: Develop leadership, triggers  conflict that can hurt the team’s progress O Norming: Realization that everyone needs  to work together to achieve goals and  begin to form cohesion O Performing: Roles are already set, group  begins work on task O Adjourning: Team separates, period  marked by anxiety and other emotions  from disengagement.
