People usually communicate through one-on-one conversations. They also use email frequently. 2. What are the trade-offs among responsibility, legitimate self-interest, and training at Bailey & Wick? Associates want to make partner. But in order for them achieve their goals they need constructive feedback from senior associates. Some the associates want validations but some just want to know that they are doing their jobs correctly. 3. What are the differences between how juniors can talk to seniors and how seniors can talk to juniors?

But at the same time they also need to competent enough to perform the task that are asked of them. Seniors need to be friendly and warm with the juniors. They need to make them feel that they are part of the organization. Seniors need get back to training and nurturing juniors. 4. What institutional changes in communication practice could benefit this organization? How might they be communicated? The organization could benefit from development seminars for juniors. This will give senior members a chance to see exactly what the juniors know and what they may need improvements on. They could also benefit from mandatory sensitivity training for senior associates.
