September 6, 2010 Time Management EDL 301 TB In the time management area I would say that I am really good at some things and not so great at others. It is important to be good at managing your time in order to reduce stress and keep your work load under control. When you add the large responsibility that comes with the role of being a resident assistant to class work, social life, and other extra things that we all have to worry about, it is hard to decide what gets priority sometimes. Not everyone is the same or works the same, so a strategy that may have worked for someone else, may not work for you. I feel that I have three main strengths in the time management area. These are prioritizing, scheduling, and goal setting. I am good at prioritizing because I am easily able to sort out what is the most important and what needs to be finished first. I keep a planner with my assignments and upcoming events in it. When I look at what I have coming up, I choose to do what needs to be done first. Scheduling is the next best thing
