Dan was driving in the far left lane of a 4 lane highway, doing about 70mph, when he noticed a young lady in a small Toyota weaving in and out of traffic trying to get ahead of everyone else. He was just passing her in the left lane and she was in the lane to his right, when she suddenly moved over into his lane.
