Unformatted text preview: The week of August 23, 2010, I called to check on the status on my refund – the phone rings and ring – no one answers. Very unprofessional!!! Also, my son Garrett Johnson (same address) has not received his refund either. He submitted his form in March, 2010 I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I filed a complaint with the Ombudsman today. Furthermore, if I do receive a response from your office within two from the date listed on the letter, I will file a complaint to the Mayor’s Office, Better Business Bureau and “Ruth to the Rescue” (Channel 4 News).
