Kevin Sheffield The 9th journal entry was a wholesale/retailer, Burlington Coat Factory. The experience was great and they were very customer friendly. I walked around for maybe 10 to 15 minutes looking for dress clothes by myself, and then an employee saw me looking around and came and approached me. She was very nice to me she helped me find the best quality for the amount of money I was willing to spend. She also gave me a deal on the number of shirts I was getting. At the end of the service experience I was very satisfied and I would do business with Burlington Coat Factory

Unformatted text preview: again. The 10 th journal entry was at Little Caesars, which falls under the subsector of Leisure and Hospitality. The service encounter was terrible. I would never go to that Little Caesars again. The employees had the worst attitudes I have ever dealt with. The lobby was packed with very impatient customers and there were not enough seats for everyone to sit down in. It took entirely too long for them to get me my order and when they called my number the girl throw my pizza on the counter and walked away. It was so terrible that I will never go to that Little Caesars again....
