Solutions will be handed out on Monday after class, so we will not be accepting any late submissions for this homework. 1. The following data give the time spent in building construction and the total building area for twenty recently completed buildings in a metropolitan area. In the table, t denotes the time spent in building construction for a given building (measured in thousand man-hours); a denotes the area of the building (measured in thousand square meters). Note that in the table there are multiple observations (buildings) for a given t-a pair. For example, for two buildings, t=1 and a=2. Number of observations
