Shibuya -first appearance- pg. 25- “Shibuya, who possessed her husband’s tastes, were scrupulous buyers” -important to Rex, LTD (Fusako will not be able to run the company without Shibuya)- “she had sent Mr. Shibuya on a buying trip to Europe the year before, and he had established new connections all over the Continent” pg. 25 “I’ll do what I can. One of the senior clerks happens to be an old friend.” Pg. 118 -takes over Noboru’s father place in the company to an extent (employee) -significance is shown when he starts to get sick- “If anything happened to you, we’d be out of business” pg. 119 -diligent- continues to work even under pain- “I don’t have time to waste sitting around in a doctor’s office, especially this time of year.” Pg. 119 -Fusako cannot run the company alone- “If Fusako intended to train Ryuji to take over Rex someday, she would be wise to start him learning the business and helping around the shop at once, particularly since Shibuya the manager was beginning to show his age.” Pg. 123

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
