Shiv Sehgal Vodafone Weekly Outline What I hope to achieve during my Vodafone experience is to assist the firm in increasing Vodafone’s net MNP balance, specifically by concentrating on the MNP-In aspects of the process. Why? As it is the goal of business management to create wealth by providing some value for its consumers, my focus on the MNP-In process will specifically focus on researching and judging how to best facilitate a positive net MNP balance for Vodafone worldwide. It is Vodafone’s mission statement to fulfill, “a commitment about making money in a way that minimizes its negative impacts and maximizes the positive benefits of its business on people and the planet.” By concentrating on the MNP-in process I will be able to best decipher the negative and positive aspects of Vodafone that both brings in customers and forces them to leave.
