Unformatted text preview: Project Management Amen Mukhlis Budgeting methods there are three budgeting methods available to the companies to take their budgeting decision the three methods Are : Top Down Budgeting : which is based on collecting the judgment and experience of the top and middle managers and available data (Past) concerning similar activities , top managers estimates the total cost for the project and the main sub project , Lower managers in the chain are responsible to break it down even more and break it down to specific tasks note that those managers who are in charge of determining the overall budget for a project have enough experience that they will be able to come up with an adequate and accurate budget that will give enough money to each level of tasks, yet will not ask for too much money.
