The Statement of Changes in Equity is a reconciliation of the information that is shown under the Stockholders’ Equity or Owners’ Equity section of the Balance Sheet. If you remember, this practice set calls the Capital Stock “Contributed Capital,” so we are starting with our beginning capital balance and adding any additional issuances of stock.
