TAO GUO MHR 318 6:00-7:50PM(MW) CH4-Reflection: Emotion includes a wide range of observable behaviors, expressed feelings, and changes in the body state. This diversity in intended meanings of the word emotion makes it hard to study. For many of us emotions are very personal states, difficult to define or to identify except in the most obvious instances. Moreover, many aspects of emotion seem unconscious to us. Even simple emotional states appear to be much more complicated than states as hunger and thirst. Attitudes are evaluative statement favorable or unfavorable related to person, object or event. They reflect that how one feel about something. For example if someone says that: I like my job. This statement expresses his attitude towards his job. Each and every person has different attitude at different conditions. Interpersonal intelligence is the ability to understand other people: what motivates them, how they work, how to work cooperatively with them.

Unformatted text preview: Successful salespeople, politicians, teachers, clinicians, and religious leaders are all likely to be individuals with high degrees of interpersonal intelligence. Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness. It's almost impossible to live without some stress. And most of us wouldn't want to, because it gives life some spice and excitement. But if stress gets out of control, it may harm your health, your relationships, and your enjoyment of life. For me, lots of assignments and projects is my most stress right now. In the future, find a good job will be my most stress. However, I have to work hard and use a good attitude to handle these problems....
