Unformatted text preview: The first time I went to collage was at I tt-Tech and that was overwhelming. After reading chapter one, it got me thinking on what’s more important in life not just want you can accomplish now but in your future. I’ve never done an online course and so far it’s been great. Not having someone to look at while giving a lecture or to have to be in a class room environment is going to be a challenge for me because there’s a lot of distractions around me and just trying to focus is an upgrade for me . My biggest challenge is time management; it always has been since I can remember. I always have something going on during the day and know that I’m in the army I have to deal with last minute runs to the mortor pool or getting everything prepared for the next day. As I was reading the eight-point plan in chapter two, there’s a little of me in every point that needs some improvement. The one that needs the most change is point 3, because now that I’m in a leadership position there’s more pressure in making the right choice and making sure you don’t fail your soldiers as a leader. Also, failing in life and I can’t picture myself in a dead end job that leads me know where. That’s why I decided to get on track and go back end job that leads me know where....
