Mama Rossi’s Pizza When choosing which strategy was best for Mama Rossi’s I chose to focus on their service to their target market of business customers in the Flint area (particularly the auto plants). I saw this group as the group which Mama Rossi’s could best profit off of by differentiating their service from the competition. The business customer group was the demographic with the most excess demand, which Mama Rossi’s could take advantage of. The best alternative for Mama Rossi’s is alternative 3 , to buy additional equipment and hire additional staff, while moving to the new location. In year 1 this alternative will provide EBIT of $920,980 , while alternative 1 will only provide $449,388, and alternative 2 will only provide $874,565. In years 2-5, alternative 3 will provide EBIT of $966,380 , while alternative 1 will only provide $449,388, and alternative 2 will only provide $905,565.
