Introduction/Background o The exploitation of women in the media and its adverse affects that it has on women in the workplace as well as women in any other environment. o Organizations: 1. Record Labels- The allowance of music artists to portray certain images o Key Players: 1. Media (Music artists, actors and actresses) 2. Internet including pornographic websites 3. Television networks- The lack of censorship by the networks and/or networks hosts 4. Political Figures 2. Goals and Objectives o To identify the impact of exploitation of women in the media and also its negative effect on young women and women in the workplace. We also identify local solutions to this epidemic. 3. Current Situation o Exploitation of women on television, radio and other media channels
