Learning Team Alternative Dispute Resolution Clause 1 Learning Team Alternative Dispute Resolution Clause This paper proposes an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) clause that might be used by any Learning Team to resolve disagreements among team members in any course of our program. According to Cheeseman (2010), arbitration is the most common form of ADR. Arbitration agreement includes all information necessary to define which disputes are subject to an ADR. Arbitration agreement will also identify all provisions and information necessary to enable the ADR to occur and function effectively. Furthermore, an arbitration agreement will include procedures and process for the arbitration. (Cheeseman, 2010). Proposed ADR Clause All learning team members shall agree: all disputes arise within the learning team that cannot be resolved within the day of the dispute began will initiate the ADR process for arbitration. The scope of the dispute shall be confined to rules and clauses documented in the team charter. Personal issues
