Mr. Joseph Morrone This article is the mission statement for the National Federation of State High School Associations. Its mission is to serve those associated by providing leadership for administration of education-based interscholastic activities, which support academic achievement, good citizenship and equitable opportunities. Organizations like this are what set parameters and rules for high school sports and serve as a avenue for both players and coaches to learn about building awareness and support, improving participation, and establishing standards for competition.
