Role of supervisor on job – maintain morale, good relations, and make sure people follow upper rules….and the boss tells people that lunch is only 30 min…then supervisor gives you longer breaks, or tells you to take the hour lunch break as long as productivity increases Role Conflict - distress people feel when the demands of tow or more roles they paly contradict one another: -
