Reflect What affects your abilities to remember what you have learned? How can you overcome this limitation? I think the most common reasons for memory failure are mind wandering and stress. I realized that these things can block the information from actually coming into my mind. Emotional stress, fatigue and diet, of course, can affect the memory too. Another aspect that affects my ability to remember something is how meaningful the information is to me. To overcome this limitation, I can make material that I want to learn more meaningful. If the topic is unfamiliar, I will try to relate it to something that is familiar to me. As I study, I will also find similarities to something that I am very knowledgeable about. I believe that the more familiar things that I can associate with a particular fact, the more ways that I will have to remember that fact. From what I get from the internet associate with the ways to improve problem of being very forgetful, the technique for remembering is to put the
