INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCENTS - WINDOWS XP: First, you must set your keyboard to US International. The instructions for this are as follows: ! Settings ! Control Panel ! Regional and Language ! Languages ! Details ! Default Input Language - Choose: English (United States) US ! Keyboard - Add – US International ! OK ! Restart Computer *****Remember do NOT change your computer language to Spanish or Portuguese, simply change your keyboard layout to US International. Then, to type accents: á, é, í, ó and ú – hit the apostrophe key and then the vowel ñ – hit shift/ ~ (together) and then n ã – hit shift ~ (together) then a ç – hit apostrophe and c together
