Project Communication Strategy and Plan PART 1 – OVERVIEW 1.Background and Introduction The sharing of information regarding the aims, objectives, future scope of the Africa Drive Project (ADP) is critical to the success of the project, in its current as well as subsequent phases. The strategy has been designed in such a way that it cuts across the various project disciplines and partner organisations to provide a holistic view of all communication requirements dealing with aspect such as awareness, communication, change management, capacity building, promotional and marketing).
