M.Gagnon Southern New Hampshire University Agency workforce CNB organization is structured for solutions that serve to bring an end towards children brides while motivating these children towards a better future. CNB is designed with different programs to help create solution plans to prevent further children brides while bringing an end to it as a whole. Child brides continue due to a combination of different things such as poverty, honor, lack of education, rural villages and a continuing patriarchy. CNB consists of an executive director who we task of being responsible for working with the different board members while ensuring that specific instructions are directed to the correct staff members. Executive director also directs the people who run our specified programs like our reproductive and maternal health services that is in our health department of our organization. The board of directors and or executive members who are in charge of organization policies while carrying out different operations of our organization. CNB program departments consist of education, health, mentoring services, human resources, finance, operations, volunteer coordination, and a communications department. CNB nonprofit organization is designed to implement our strategic plan to help serve our purpose of ending children marriages. CNB is working with different organizations to help work effectively with the help of UNICEF and UNFPA from the United Nations which brings added benefits to our organization. Working with UNICEF and UNFPA helps our nonprofit deliver our best practices since we are able to focus directly towards how we deliver our services to those of women and children that have been or are in forced marriages. CNB are able to deliver our services due to our funding process from our donations and our partnerships with larger donors that helps towards the cost of our programs and services that our organization operates. M.Gagnon Southern New Hampshire University To help keep our employee and volunteers satisfied we come up with different plans or actions to help motivate and keep them focused on their tasks that help our organization benefit all round. CNB’s human resources come up with different concepts to help remain efficient with our employee’s while also finding concepts that will have a lasting impression on our staff. When we hire our staff, CNB prides ourselves on the quality of our staff member to where we replace someone who left our education department with someone else who is qualified to do the same job.
