Beau Backhaus English 11/4/2010 SW 3 – Outline Introduction What will we rely on when we burn up all of our fossil fuels With our heavy dependence on fossil fuels what will we turn to next? Will we rely on solar or wind to satisfy our hunger of energy no, because these sources are unreliable and not efficient enough to supply this country. We could turn to hydro power but the costs of that are way high and it destroys ecosystems. The proposal that this natation should look into as our next step to find a replacement for fossil fuel is nuclear energy. This proposal is not stating that we should have this as our only source of energy but the upsides have a larger effect over the downsides of nuclear energy. Presentation of Writers Position Nuclear power plants need less fuel than ones which burn fossil fuels. One ton of uranium produces more energy than is produced by several million tons of coal or several million barrels of oil.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
