Reynoso, week 1, Discussion questions Discussion Questions week 1 1. What is a business’s obligation to build an ethical culture and balance its desire for profit with ethical responsibilities to employees, customers, society, and the environment? If businesses would only care about making money and not care about doing the right thing we would just become a selfish egotistic country that cares for no one. Once a business sets their ethical culture it will not only gain more customers because of the quality of their employees, they will also gain more profit because they will begin to have an increase in customer loyalty.
