State your reasons for your answer First off Miguel cannot be sued in Texas because it doesn’t matter where the vehicle was purchased. Miguel can be sued in Oklahoma, Florida, and Washington for a few reasons. First, since Miguel is a resident of Washington he the defendant can be sued in his home state.
