Reynoso, week 1, Discussion questions Discussion Questions week 1 1. What is a business’s obligation to build an ethical culture and balance its desire for profit with ethical responsibilities to employees, customers, society, and the environment? A business, in my opinion, has every right to build an ethical culture for its employees, customers, society and the environment. In addition to that, they should also be able to balance its desire for profit by implementing several ethical responsibilities. Once a business sets their ethical culture it will not only gain more customers because of the quality of their employees, they will also gain more profit because they will begin to have an increase in customer loyalty.
