Ashlee Chang Jennifer Gianunzio 10/01/10 English 100 Summary Response “Heavy Suit, Light Touches” A. O. Scott Scott, a film critic for the New York Times , marvels at the the motion picture “Iron Man” and it's superiority to other superhero movies. This movie not only comes with the usual hero stuff, such as the “flex and glower and shriek,” though it's a necessity to such superhero versus villain films, but also clever dialogue and true acting. Scott explains that what one might expect from the movie would probably closely entail the scenario and story to that of its comic book is not the case “Iron Man” is settled in. Director Jon Favreau assured his creativity was intertwined in the movie precisely and detailed as to create a masterpiece. Iron Man Tony Starks, played by Robert Downey, makes the film that much more authentic and fun--someone one might relate to. Also, Iron Man is unlike other superhero movies because he doesn't have superpowers, just heroism and his handiness at technology.
