1. Define quality in the context of a project. Differentiate between “implementing the right product” and “implementing the product right”. When considering quality, we need to also consider the following: A customer A problem or need to be satisfied A product Quality is always seen by the customer’s eyes. So when building a product, the customer is always the ultimate judge of the product. In order to satisfy that customer, we need to build the right product. In order to build the right product, we need to follow some actions: Product requirements: Understand the customer’s problems and needs Product objectives: Define the high-level solution Product specifications: Define the detailed solution Ongoing customer involvement: Validate customer requirements Building the product right is all about understanding the customer’s problems to be solved and needs to be addressed. 2.
