Berdasarkan output coefficient, diperoleh regresi variable Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar (- 3.699) dengan nilai sig (0.576) > α (0.05) dengan arah koefisien negative, maka Kepuasan Konsumen tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. b. Regresi Tipe Kepribadian sebesar (5.702) dengan nilai sig. (0.025) α (0.05) dengan arah koefisien positif, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tipe Kepribadian berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen.
