Commodity matrices should be accomplished by respective provincial banner focals in coordination with the APCOs and regional banner focals;

To be checked against PSA provincial data and clarify sources of discrepancy;

To be vetted with the MAOs and industry stakeholders, especially with regards to the analysis and recommended multi-year PAPs;
