Joseph Craft ISC 361 March 23, 2011 From what I have studied on RichRelevance and Gannett site which track consumer information to help out the company Behavioral monitoring is good for the consumers because it makes your decision easier especially with the rich media and so on. If the government regulates everything that the industry does it will be heard for companies to reach out to consumers to serve them.

If the company shows that publicly in their privacy statements then it shouldn’t be regulated by the government. If a consumer doesn’t want to be track in certain areas there are ways for them to opt out of it....
