Joseph Craft Tai Herndon March 23, 2011 Gannett is a media and marketing solutions company that works with multiple companies in order for them to reach their goals. The company was founded in 1923; by Frank Gannett in Rochester, New York. Gannett owns multiple brands like USAtoday.com, Momslikeme.com , PointRoll.com and other brands which they have on multiple platforms. They have bought small independent news stations which inform audiences and entertain with the sports. They have digital television networks, newspaper publication, and mobile apps. Craig Dubow who is the Chief Executive Officer has worked throughout Gannett departments before he was the CEO of the company. They do have divisions in the company which have committees that manage each of this division to make sure they run smoothly.
