Joseph Craft ISC 361 March 23, 2011 From what I have studied on Rich Relevance and Gannett site which track consumer  information to help out the company Behavioral monitoring is good for the  consumers because it makes your decision easier especially with the rich media and so on.  If  the government regulates everything that the industry does it will be heard for companies to  reach out to consumers to serve them.  Looking at the Direct Marketing Association site it  shows that you have to let visitors know what information is being collected and how it’s being
