Here are the parameters: It is due on Monday, May 3, by 4:45 PM. You may submit it directly to me (e.g., in my office), or you can bring it to the CEE departmental office, have it time-stamped, and have it placed in my mailbox. Each group should submit one hard copy, stapled or otherwise fastened. Please, no electronic submittal; hard copy only. Format and length should adhere to the guidelines described in Handout #0. Use APA style for your references. A cover sheet is not required (save paper) as long as your names are

You must give complete bibliographic citation for your references, using proper format for the citations. The references can be the same ones you submitted previously, or you can make changes from your previous list. Your reference list does not count against the page limit. The final draft will count for 50% of your project grade. Please, refer to the ENV 4001 writing rubric to see the criteria on which you will be evaluated.
